This Privacy Policy explains how BeastRAG, Inc. ("BeastRAG", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use beastrag.com and our services.

We design for data minimization: we collect only what we need to operate the service and never sell your data.

Account data such as your name, work email and company when you join the waitlist or create an account.

Usage and diagnostic data such as API request metadata, latency and error logs used to operate and improve the service.

Content you submit for indexing is processed solely to provide retrieval results back to you.

To provide, secure and improve the service, to communicate with you, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not use your indexed content to train shared or foundation models.

We encrypt data in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, enforce least-privilege access, and maintain SOC 2 Type II controls.

Enterprise customers may run BeastRAG entirely within their own VPC or on-premises.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@beastrag.com to exercise these rights.
